Delete your account from inside the app
The fastest way — your account is deleted immediately, no waiting on us:
- Open the Sweet Home Paraguay App and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account.
- Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
- Type your email address to confirm. Once confirmed, your account and its data are permanently deleted and sign-in stops working immediately. This cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you can't reach the app — for example because you've already lost access — email [email protected] from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We verify it's you and complete the deletion within a few business days.
Delete only some of your data (without closing your account)
You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific information:
- Addresses — add or remove forwarding and verifiable addresses directly in Profile → Forwarding Addresses.
- Documents — remove documents you've uploaded from your Document Vault in the app.
- Profile details — edit your name, email, and WhatsApp number in Profile → Account.
- Anything else — email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject "Delete my data" and tell us what to remove. We'll delete what we can and tell you if anything must be retained under the rules below.
The same Paraguayan legal-retention limits described under "What we are required to keep" apply to partial deletion requests.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes the personal data we hold for you, including:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone/WhatsApp).
- Your services and service requests, and their status history.
- Identity and other documents you uploaded to your file.
- Mailbox items and their scan/forward history.
- Forwarding and verifiable addresses.
- Payment history records held in the app (card details are held by our payment processors, not by us).
- Support messages and your in-app preferences.
What we are required to keep
Where Paraguayan law requires us to retain specific records — tax records, residency filings, and accounting books — we keep only those legally mandated records for the legally required period and delete everything else. If any such retention applies to you, we will tell you what is kept and why before completing the deletion. After the legal retention period expires, those records are deleted too.
